Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous QA Analyst with expertise in the Property and Casualty insurance domain to ensure the quality and reliability of our insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes, policies, and regulations, along with a proven track record of conducting thorough testing procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Property and Casualty insurance products.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document test results, track defects, and provide timely feedback to facilitate the resolution of identified issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to Property and Casualty insurance.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst in the Property and Casualty insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, policies, and regulations is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Azure DevOps, and HP ALM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS, AIS).
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
