Sheboygan, WI, July 14, 2022 – Horizon Systems and Services, Inc. announces the retirement of Kathy Schuette. Last week we celebrated a very important person in our company. Kathy was the office admin as well as the marketing/sales, among many other duties she did for us at Horizon. Amanda Bowden is her replacement for the marketing portion and Sally Olson is the new office admin.
Kathy has 3 decades in the insurance industry. She began her career at Strategic Data Systems writing technical documentation, then she transitioned to the sales and marketing dept. She then came to Horizon and the rest is history.
Kathy’s retirement plans include traveling, fishing, and golfing. She will be missed dearly and we wish her all the best!

Sally’s responsibilities include welcoming visitors, coordinating and managing appointments, purchasing supplies and equipment, performing bookkeeping tasks and overseeing travel arrangements for employees. Sally comes to Horizon Systems with over 15 years of Supply Chain and Logistics experience. Her most recent role was as an International Buyer and Logistician at a local furniture company that specializes in building hospital and lobby furniture.
In Sally’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter; traveling, entertaining, gardening and boating.
Sheboygan, WI, June 1, 2022 – Horizon Systems and Services, Inc. announces the addition of Joe Gratz as a Data Analytics Specialist, reporting to Michael C. Dillman, Chief Operating Officer. Joe’s responsibilities include data analytics, data mining, data visualization, and Business Intelligence. Joe’s expertise will be used to assist organizations in identifying opportunities for improvement based on their data. Joe graduated from Drake University with a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics with an emphasis in Economics.
In Joe’s free time he has always enjoyed sports and is a second cameraman for a new minor league baseball team in Oconomowoc called the Lake Country DockHounds. Joe also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Amanda’s responsibilities include marketing Horizon’s flagship product All*Points – Policy and Claims Administration System, technical demonstrations, Proof of Concept and collaborating with the executive management team on proposal development during the sales cycle. Amanda previously was an Account Executive for Kramer Madison and an Associate Sales Manager at Uniek for 6 years.
In Amanda’s spare time, she is an event planner specializing in weddings and social events. Amanda also enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.
